CVS Group is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our CVS Vets practice network across Halifax and Huddersfield. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling calls, appointments, registrations, and payments with a welcoming, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a demanding, client-focused role.
• Resilience and the ability to handle emotional situations with kindness and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills with genuine empathy.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Respond to queries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.
• Greet and register new clients, ensuring a warm welcome.
• Process insurance forms and manage payments.
• Dispense medications as required and handle financial transactions.
• Provide empathetic support to clients during distressing times.
