Job summary

Pets at Home Limited in Chelmsford is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help with deliveries and stock processing, set up the store each morning, and build strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Availability across 3-4 days per week including Tue, Thu, Sat and Sun.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a retail role.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and bank holidays.
