Job summary

Vets for Pets in Rhyl is seeking a friendly front-of-house team member to welcome clients and their pets, answer calls, and support the clinical team with admin tasks. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with 1 in 4 Saturdays and opening hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 7pm, and Saturdays 8:30am to 6pm.

You will be the friendly face for clients, stay informed about all practice services, and help provide exceptional care in a busy, supportive environment that values teamwork and ongoing

Qualifications

• Friendly and welcoming client-facing presence.
• Ability to stay up to speed with practice services and additional offerings.
• Calm, attentive, and focused on client needs.
• Enthusiastic and driven with a love of pets.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets as they arrive at the practice.
• Answer calls and manage front desk inquiries.
• Support the clinical team with administrative tasks.
• Prioritise tasks and maintain an organised workflow in a busy environment.
• Build strong relationships with clients, their pets and the team.
