Vets for Pets in Rhyl is seeking a friendly front-of-house team member to welcome clients and their pets, answer calls, and support the clinical team with admin tasks. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with 1 in 4 Saturdays and opening hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 7pm, and Saturdays 8:30am to 6pm.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to confidently juggle multiple responsibilities throughout the day. From welcoming clients and answering calls to supporting the clinical team and managing administrative tasks, no two days are the same. The successful candidate will thrive in a busy environment, remain calm under pressure, and be able to prioritise tasks while continuing to provide exceptional care and service to our clients and their pets. Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.
This is a Full Time role working 40 hours per week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays. The practice opening hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 7pm and Saturdays 8.30am – 6pm.
