Job summary

inspiring vet care in Reading is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join The Woodley Vets at Easipetcare on a full-time fixed-term basis for 12 months.

You will be the first point of contact, handle appointments, payments, client communications and support the clinical and non-clinical team to ensure a smooth and welcoming client and patient journey.

This role is based at The Woodley Vet, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable demeanor essential for a client-facing role.
• Organised and able to multitask in a busy reception environment.

• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
