Job summary

Pets at Home is recruiting a Christchurch Client Care Advisor to deliver friendly service for clients and their pets. The role is a 16 hour contract with a shift pattern including every fourth weekend and potential for extension to a permanent position.

You will greet clients, manage bookings and payments, and support the clinical team while maintaining a welcoming practice environment for pets and owners.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide support, guidance and expertise.
• Manage payments and future bookings confidently.
• Coordinate day-to-day routines using our online booking system.
• Act as a link between clients and the clinical team to ensure care.
• Build strong relationships with clients, pets and the team.
