Job summary

Estelle Manor, located in Oxfordshire, is seeking full‑time Personal Trainers to join our elite fitness team. You will lead 1‑to‑1 and group sessions, helping guests improve fitness and wellbeing, and provide a warm, welcoming presence in the Club House gym for members and visitors.

You must hold CIMSPA Level 3 in Personal Training and have prior PT experience, with excellent communication skills and comfort with front‑of‑house duties.

• Previous experience in a personal training and fitness role.
• Must be CIMSPA Level 3 in Personal Training.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role:

Estelle Manor’s Personal Trainers work alongside a high performing team of fitness professionals, and will teach members in 1-1 or group sessions how to improve their fitness, physicality and overall health whilst in a safe environment. We are looking for full time personal trainers who will thrive on providing an exceptional guest experience and, most importantly, a warm and welcoming presence within the Club House gym for all our members and guests.

Who we are looking for?

The on target earning potential for this role is £36,384 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £33,384 plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £16.05 so this is a projected salary and OTE.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
