Job summary

Gloucestershire College is seeking a dedicated Student Wellbeing Mentor (SEND/Inclusion) to provide tailored one-to-one and group support, promoting wellbeing, resilience and engagement among learners in a Gloucester-based campus. The role focuses on meeting diverse learner needs and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

You will work closely with curriculum and safeguarding teams to identify needs, adapt resources and monitor progress, while ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored one-to-one and group wellbeing support to learners, promoting resilience, confidence and engagement.
• Collaborate with curriculum, support and safeguarding teams to ensure SEND/EHCP learners receive appropriate support.
• Adapt resources and interventions to meet individual needs and monitor learner progress.
• Provide feedback and maintain accurate records, contributing to wellbeing initiatives and safeguarding as per college policies.

About this Role
