We are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA to support our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. This role requires a professional individual who can manage a variety of tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organise documents for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with data entry and clerical tasks to maintain accurate records.
Utilise Google Suite and Office applications to create presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Support financial tasks using software/apps, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Coordinate logistics for events or meetings involving the CEO.
Conduct research and compile information as requested by the CEO.
Support CEO's varied business to the above effect
Requirements
Proven experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with Microsoft and Trello is advantageous but not essential.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
Must have a full clean UK drivers license for 3 years.
