Our Client is Hiring: Social Media Personal Assistant for a High-Profile Creator

Are you highly organised, social media-savvy, and thrive in fast-paced, creative environments?

Our client is looking for a Social Media Personal Assistant to support a well-established Digital Creator with a large and growing following.

Location: West London based

Type: Full-time role

Industry: Digital Media / Influencer / Content Creation

About the Role:

You’ll work closely with a prominent Content Creator assisting with content creation, ideation, streamlining content workflows, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. There will be international travel required as part of the job, so flexibility and a desire to travel are important for the right candidate. This is not just a scheduling role; they want someone who’s proactive, creative, and excited about content creation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with content planning, creative brainstorming, and light scripting.
  2. Be hands-on during shoots helping with setup, shooting content, and keeping things organised.
  3. Support with day-to-day admin tasks such as managing emails, organising content folders, and calendar management.
  4. Keep up with current trends, audio, and platform updates, and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
  5. Help manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms.
Requirements:
  1. Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  2. Good organisation and communication skills.
  3. A positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
  4. Discretion and professionalism (you’ll be working with a high-profile Creator).
  5. Ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple priorities.
  6. Experience in content creation or supporting a Creator/Influencer is a plus but not a requirement.
