Are you ready to join the Fearless? This role is based 5 days a week at our London HQ.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the team's right hand, managing tasks beyond the team's tight schedule, understanding their needs, strengths, and weaknesses.
  2. Manage incoming memos and business documentation, coordinate with relevant team members for follow-ups, and prioritize tasks.
  3. Lead basic research and organize relevant data for internal or external use, preparing documentation for executives.
  4. Coordinate complex diaries across multiple time zones for two stakeholders.
  5. Arrange international and national travel, including visa processing and expense management.
  6. Prepare for meetings and conferences, including editing presentations and setting up IT equipment.
  7. Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring follow-ups.
  8. Utilize software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases; knowledge of Canva and Monday.com is advantageous.

  • Discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information.
  • Proactive approach with initiative and improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in-house software; experience with budgeting and purchase orders.
