Venn Group is currently partnered with a healthcare organisation in North Yorkshire that urgently requires a full-time Personal Assistant on a contract basis.

Responsibilities
  1. Organise venues for meetings on behalf of the Directors, including arranging resources as necessary.
  2. Participate in staff development, appraisal, and training opportunities, including maintaining personal CPD and mandatory training.
  3. Develop and maintain a network of internal and external relationships.
  4. Support Directors and PA to Directors in organising and coordinating meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing papers, taking minutes, and maintaining reporting schedules.
  5. Manage and forward plan diary commitments to optimise Directors' time and resolve conflicts.
  6. Provide confidential personal assistant services to Directors to ensure smooth organisational operations.
  7. Prepare presentations, reports, and formal correspondence, including word processing, typing, and audio typing, ensuring high standards.
  8. Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes, updating action plans and tracking progress.
  9. Manage email correspondence for Directors, ensuring briefings, follow-ups, and deadlines are met.
  10. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, prioritising and dispatching as per operational procedures.
  11. Process administrative invoices and handle related queries.
  12. Undertake ad hoc projects and support specific project work as required.
  13. Attend and contribute to divisional and admin team meetings.
