Job description

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-quality, professional, and confidential support to the Chief Pharmacist and Clinical Director for Medicines Optimisation. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or equivalent is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage complex diaries across multiple hospital sites, prioritising and coordinating schedules effectively.
  2. Provide comprehensive senior administrative support, including managing information systems, preparing documentation, and supporting meetings and events.
  3. Support effective time management and attend to site-specific needs within pharmacy, executive teams, and governance frameworks.
  4. Lead or support specific activities and projects to achieve service and project objectives.
