Job description

Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to Directors

Please note that this role is advertised on behalf of Atlas BFW Management Ltd (Atlas), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The role of the PA is to provide a high-quality, efficient, and professional personal assistant and administrative service to the Director of Operations and the Director of Finance. The PA will support the Directors daily to facilitate their roles and ensure the smooth running of the organization.

  1. Diary Management: Manage the Directors' diaries to optimize their time. The PA should be able to work independently, manage schedules, and maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  2. Stakeholder Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for the Directors, filtering calls and communicating effectively. The role requires excellent negotiation, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
  3. Administrative Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including coordinating and minuting meetings, composing and issuing emails and letters, and handling general admin duties. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
