A leading company in legal services seeks a Personal Assistant to support Private Client fee earners. The role involves managing schedules, client interactions, and document production. Purpose of role
This role is to provide enhanced, proactive support to a team of Private Client fee earners who specialise in Trusts and Estates. The support provided needs to be seamless and of a high standard enabling them to operate efficiently.The individual is expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative and is able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Our client offers a range of personal legal advice to individuals and their families.Legal advice is tailored to individual need and is of a high quality.
The Personal Assistant will act as workflow manager for other support services. This includes delegating and supervising the completion of document production, file management and copying / scanning work which are primarily undertaken by other relevant business support services.
