18 Recruitment Limited in Hastings is seeking a permanent Multi-Trade Operative to join a well-established maintenance team covering a social housing portfolio. You will carry out responsive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works in both occupied and void properties.

The role offers a salary up to £40,000 per year, a company van and fuel card, pension and paid leave, with immediate start and long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Multi-trade maintenance experience across carpentry, plumbing and plastering.
• Experience in tenanted social housing properties.
• Full UK Driving Licence and DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance.
• Work within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Undertake refurbishment and remedial works.
• Diagnose faults and provide repair solutions.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with good customer service.
• Use a PDA to manage and update jobs (training provided).
