Premier Inn in Christchurch West is looking for a Duty Manager to lead shifts, support reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams, and ensure guests have a great stay. You’ll be on the floor, solving problems and guiding colleagues, with a clear path to higher roles as you gain experience.

The role offers a permanent contract with guaranteed hours, 38.3 hours per week, and comprehensive training plus a structured career path within Whitbread’s Premier Inn brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
