Premier Inn Bournemouth Westbourne is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts and oversee reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay. You’ll direct frontline teams, brief staff, and handle guest queries with confidence.

Permanent contract with guaranteed hours, full training, and a clear career path toward Hotel Manager are offered. This role is based on-site in Bournemouth and includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead shifts and briefings.
• Experience coordinating teams.
• Comfort with guest questions and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
