Whitbread's Christchurch West Premier Inn is hiring a Duty Manager to lead shifts, assist guests and coordinate reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams to deliver a smooth stay.

You’ll develop leadership skills, be on the floor, and play a key role in guest satisfaction while working a reliable 38.3-hour week on permanent contracts. This is a strong stepping stone toward hotel management within Whitbread.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in busy customer-facing environments.
• Strong guest-service focus and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and deliver pre-shift briefings across hotel departments.
• Coach and support team members throughout the shift.
• Assist guests with queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with reception, housekeeping and restaurant to ensure smooth operations.
