Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Performance Editor to join its creative engine behind paid social advertising. In this role, you’ll edit daily, turning UGC and brand footage into high-performing ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms.

You’ll lead end-to-end editing from concept to delivery, collaborate with UA managers, designers and copywriters, and bring ideas to life with fast, data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating paid social video editing with multiple variants and performance thinking.
• Experience creating conversion-focused creative for DTC, SaaS or consumer brands.
• Experience delivering performance video campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google; knowledge of platform-specific best practices.

Responsibilities

• Edit performance creative daily, transforming footage into paid social ads for Daily30 and Gut Health Bar across Meta, TikTok, Google and emergent platforms.
• Create multiple creative variants, test hooks, pacing, messaging, captions and CTAs to improve performance.
• Show products creatively, highlighting ingredients, experience, benefits and everyday moments to drive purchase.
