Job summary

Omre is seeking a mid-level Social Video Editor to own video across paid and organic social. Hybrid role in London with in-office presence a few days weekly. You will edit performance-first ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, craft organic edits, and help shape a growing brand in longevity.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of Brand & Creative and Creative Strategist, developing scalable content pipelines, leveraging AI tools, and delivering fast-turnaround edits that still look polished.

Qualifications

• Proven video editing experience in social or performance settings.
• Strong portfolio of social-first work across TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
• Solid grasp of direct-response editing principles.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Motion design for graphics, titles and simple animation.
• Process-minded with systematic editing workflows.
• Strong sense of social culture and current trends.
• Bonus: ability to shoot content on camera or iPhone.

Responsibilities

• Edit performance-first video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Create organic social edits that feel authentic and on-brand.
• Set up templates, file structures and asset libraries for scalable production.
• Stay on top of social trends and bring new ideas to the team.
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to meet brand and performance goals.
• Turn edits around quickly while maintaining polish.
• Utilise AI tools like MidJourney and Veo3 to speed ideation and production.
