Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Performance Video Editor to craft high-quality short-form Meta ads from scripts, footage, and AI assets. You will work with the VP of Growth, iterating based on campaign results and feedback while maintaining strong storytelling and pacing.

The role is fully remote, full-time as an independent contractor, requiring 40 hours/week and overlap with CET±2h. Experience with health/wellness brands and paid social ads is valued.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience creating and editing direct-to-consumer paid social ads.
• Experience editing UGC-style ads for paid social campaigns.
• Strong storytelling instincts with effective hooks and pacing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered production, including AI voiceovers and animation.
• Experience with tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, or Runway is a strong advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail when proofreading captions and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing short-form video ads for Meta campaigns, including UGC-style content and AI-driven assets.
• Transform scripts, raw footage, and assets into persuasive ads with hooks and pacing.
• Create concepts to capture attention and support direct-to-consumer acquisition.
• Generate AI voiceovers and AI-generated scenes as needed.
• Ensure captions match scripts with high accuracy.
• Incorporate VP feedback and optimize future outputs based on performance.
• Monitor ad performance and apply insights to editing strategies.
• Manage projects independently after onboarding, using ClickUp and deadlines.
• Contribute to in-house creative growth and experiment with AI tools.
• Produce ~6 videos per month, balancing quality and throughput.
