Job summary

ZOE Limited is seeking a Performance Editor to join our Creative engine for paid social ads, focusing on Daily30 and the Gut Health Bar. You will edit 80% of the time in Premiere and After Effects, transforming UGC and brand footage into high-performing ads across Meta, TikTok, Google and other channels.

You’ll collaborate with UA managers, copywriters and designers, creating multiple variants, streaming product benefits and hooks to drive engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating paid social video editing with multiple variants and performance thinking.
• Experience creating conversion-focused creative for DTC, SaaS or consumer brands.
• Recent experience delivering performance video campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma and CapCut.
• Strong experience creating paid social video, motion graphics, AI-assisted creative, voiceovers and end-to-end asset production.
• The confidence to independently make creative decisions that elevate the work.

Responsibilities

• Edit performance creative daily for Daily30 and Gut Health Bar across Meta, TikTok, Google.
• Create multiple creative variants testing hooks, pacing, messaging, captions and CTAs.
• Bring products to life creatively, showcasing ingredients and benefits.
• Bring ideas to the table, contributing concepts and improvements beyond briefs.
• Apply strong creative judgement to balance speed and quality.
• Use performance data to improve edits.
• Build scalable editing workflows with templates and AI-assisted tools.
• Own projects from brief to delivery, collaborating closely with UA, copywriters and designers.
• Jump behind the camera for quick shoots and new hooks.
