Affluent.co is looking for a Senior Video Editor to elevate the creative and technical standard across all D2C video outputs. This key role will set the standard for performance-led creative while mentoring junior editors and improving workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in video editing within agency, D2C, or social-first environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong working knowledge of After Effects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the final creative gatekeeper for all content.
• Edit and optimize social-first video ads.
• Mentor junior editors through structured feedback.
• Define and refine post-production workflows.
• Introduce and experiment with AI-assisted editing tools.
