Job summary

ZOE is seeking a Performance Editor to join its Creative engine behind paid social advertising. This role focuses on editing-first work in Premiere and After Effects to craft high-performing ads for Daily30 and the Gut Health Bar across Meta, TikTok, Google and emerging platforms.

As a contributor in the Creative team, you’ll collaborate with UA managers, designers and copywriters, build multiple variants, test hooks and CTAs, and own projects from brief to delivery.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating paid social video editing with performance thinking
• Experience creating conversion-focused creative for DTC/consumer brands
• Recent experience delivering performance video campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma and CapCut
• Strong ability to independently make creative decisions that elevate the work

Responsibilities

• Edit performance creative daily, transforming footage into high-performing paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, Google and others
• Create multiple creative variants and test different hooks, pacing, messaging, captions and CTAs
• Bring products to life by showcasing ingredients, experiences, benefits and everyday moments
• Own projects from brief to delivery, collaborating with UA, copywriters and designers
• Build scalable editing workflows with templates and AI-assisted tools to increase output without compromising quality
