Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced EMEA Growth Marketing Manager to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue with data-driven campaigns. You will own end-to-end paid social and digital performance, optimising for ROAS and ROI, using AI as a primary toolkit to accelerate insight generation and prototyping.

The role requires 8+ years in growth or digital marketing, strong AI fluency, and experience across EMEA markets. hybrid work and collaboration with analytics teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of growth/digital marketing experience focusing on user acquisition or engagement.
• 8+ years designing and analyzing marketing experiments including A/B testing and incrementality.
• Experience using marketing data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in analysis, experimentation, content, and automation.
• Experience crafting multi-market growth strategies across EMEA.
• Experience with marketing analytics and attribution platforms to optimize KPIs.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated growth programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels to drive acquisition and brand awareness.
• Analyse campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize spend using AI.
• Experiment with new growth tactics and channels, focusing on CAC, LTV, and scalability.
• Monitor daily operations and performance metrics, providing real-time optimization recommendations.
• Manage budgets and forecast performance to meet growth targets, adjusting channel allocation accordingly.
• Collaborate with product marketing, martech, research, and creative teams to align strategies with business goals.
• Partner with analytics and data science to develop measurement frameworks and attribution models.
• Use AI as the default toolkit for day-to-day work while ensuring responsible, policy-compliant use.
• Demonstrate measurable impact from AI-augmented workflows and share learnings to scale adoption.
