Job summary

Digital Tonic are partnering with a fast-growing digital-first business in the gaming industry to hire a Paid Media Marketing Executive. This is an early-to-mid career role focused on performance marketing across paid channels, affiliate marketing and data-driven optimization.

You’ll manage affiliate relationships, run PPC campaigns, monitor spend and performance, and collaborate with CRM and brand teams to improve acquisition.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, PPC or a broader performance marketing role.
• A genuine interest in digital acquisition and developing experience across multiple performance channels.
• Some hands-on familiarity with Google Ads or other paid media platforms.
• Experience using affiliate platforms, tracking systems or attribution tools would be beneficial.
• Confidence working with data and performance metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• A commercially minded approach, with an understanding of acquisition performance and return on investment.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners and deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and the confidence to ask questions, identify opportunities and contribute new ideas.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of customer acquisition activity across PPC, affiliate marketing and other paid media channels.
• Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships, onboarding new partners and identifying opportunities to improve ROI.
• Analyse performance, produce reports and share insights to optimise campaigns and budgets.
• Collaborate with CRM, organic marketing, brand and product teams to align acquisition efforts.
