Digital Tonic is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and optimise the website, SEO, PPC, paid social and CRO. You’ll partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver measurable results and align campaigns with commercial goals.
You’ll own customer journeys, use analytics and CRM insights to improve targeting and conversion, and influence broader growth initiatives. Hybrid work is offered.
Digital Tonic are delighted to be supporting a rapidly growing B2B business as they recruit a Digital Marketing Manager.
This is a commercially focused digital role for someone who understands how to turn website traffic and campaign activity into high-quality leads. You’ll take ownership of digital performance across the website, SEO, PPC, paid social and conversion rate optimisation, with the opportunity to directly influence wider business growth.
You’ll join a young, ambitious and ideas-led business. The marketing function is well established, with strong messaging, a modern website, experienced agency partners and significant investment in digital lead generation already in place.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead the company’s digital lead generation activity, managing the website and ensuring campaigns attract the right audiences, communicate the right messages and ultimately convert into commercially valuable opportunities.
The business works with external specialists across paid media, website development, graphic design and PR. You’ll manage these relationships, set clear priorities and ensure agency activity remains closely aligned with customer needs and commercial objectives.
A major part of the role will be understanding the complete customer journey. You’ll use website analytics, campaign data and CRM insight to assess where traffic is coming from, what a high-quality lead looks like and why visitors are or aren’t converting. Rather than simply increasing media spend, you’ll identify opportunities to improve targeting, landing pages, calls to action and conversion rates.
You’ll lead the strategic direction of PPC, SEO and paid social activity while remaining close enough to the detail to challenge performance and make informed decisions. You’ll also help the business respond to changes in search behaviour, including the growing influence of AI search.
Alongside performance marketing, you’ll manage social media activity and support the creation of digital campaign assets. There is external creative support available, so this isn’t a heavily content-led role, but you’ll be comfortable shaping campaign messaging and producing effective emails, advertising, social content and website updates when required.
There are several exciting digital projects ahead, including further development of marketing automation, improved campaign attribution and a new website project. The business is also beginning to explore account-based marketing, giving you the opportunity to develop your experience in this area with access to specialist training.
You’ll receive a competitive salary of £45k–£50k, a company bonus, 27 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday off, private medical insurance, life assurance, a company pension and access to an employee share scheme.
The company also offers free on-site parking, regular socials, employee discounts, charity volunteer days, a cycle-to-work scheme and excellent investment in training and professional development. This role offers hybrid working of 3 days in the office, although the first few weeks will be 4 days whilst you’re bedding into the team and business.
If you’re a commercially focused digital marketer with a strong B2B lead generation background and a track record of turning digital activity into measurable results, we’d be keen to hear from you.
