Job summary
Scottish Water is seeking a Performance Analyst to develop and maintain management information, dashboards and data models using Power BI and SQL. You will partner with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into insight-led recommendations and support governance and performance review processes.

- Experience working with large datasets to deliver meaningful business insights.
- Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL and Excel, with experience developing reports and dashboards.
- Ability to investigate performance issues, identify root causes and present findings to varied audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain management information, dashboards, reports, data models and reporting solutions using Power BI and other analytical tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide insight-led recommendations; support governance and performance reviews.
- Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency while identifying opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes.
