Job summary

Essential Employment in Guildford is seeking a Performance Analyst for a temporary assignment to design and maintain regular Power BI performance reports and dashboards for service managers, senior leadership, and regulators.

You will analyse housing performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and KPI development, ensure data quality, support regulatory submissions, and contribute to data warehouse and BI system improvements.

Qualifications

Performance Analyst needed in Guildford

This is a temporary role and the rate is £380 per day PAYE

The reference number is: 5303797

The successful candidate will create and maintain regular Power BI performance reports, dashboards for service managers, senior leadership teams, committees, and external regulators. They will analyse service performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention for high traffic areas like reports, voids, damp and mould and will develop, maintain, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across Housing Services.

They will ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across housing performance reporting, will support the production of TSMs and regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness and will contribute to the development and enhancement of a data warehouse, performance reporting systems and business intelligence solutions.
