Milton Keynes City Council is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Adults Performance and Insights team. You will turn complex datasets from social care into meaningful insights that inform decisions affecting children, families, and adults across our communities.

The role focuses on high-quality reporting, timely intelligence, and evidence-based service development, with hybrid working options and DBS checks as part of pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in statistics, information management, or a related subject.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality performance analysis and BI insights to help managers make evidence-based decisions.
• Lead on producing clear, accessible performance reports identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support development of reporting systems, processes and performance frameworks across Adult Social Care and the wider organisation.
• Improve data quality, data standards and information governance while promoting consistent use of performance information.
• Coordinate statutory returns and provide analytical support during inspections and regulatory activity.
• Coach and support colleagues to develop reporting skills and use BI tools effectively.
