Stellar Select Limited in the UK is seeking a Performance & Development Manager responsible for onboarding Mortgage Advisors, coaching performance and embedding a robust T&C framework across multiple regions.

You will mentor new starters and existing advisors, drive KPI reviews, CPD support and continuous sales process improvement while collaborating with senior managers.

Qualificações

• Experience in coaching, onboarding or performance management (Financial Services experience ideal)
• Confident working within a T&C framework
• Needs CeMAP qualification and driving licence
• Motivated by developing others and driving performance

Responsabilidades

• Deliver onboarding and induction support for new Mortgage Advisors
• Coach and develop existing advisors to improve performance, productivity and protection penetration
• Conduct observations, KPI reviews, development reviews and CPD support within the T&C framework
• Support branch integration and help embed new recruits
• Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes
• Provide insight, reporting and recommendations to support performance decisions
• Work closely with Area Mortgage Managers, the Financial Services Director, Training Manager and Home in One Compliance

Job Title: Performance & Development Manager

Location: Covering Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey

Salary: Up to £42,500 basic salary, plus a car allowance of £4,0000 and a performance bonus of £2,500

Hours: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), office‑based with travel across a wide geographical area, regular evening work, occasional weekends, and occasional working from home.

• Experienced in coaching, onboarding or performance management (Financial Services experience ideal)

• Must be CeMAP Qualified and have a full driving licence
• Motivated by developing others and driving performance
• Strong relationship-building skills - you know how to connect with people!
• A solid work ethic, organised and the ability to thrive under pressure
