Job summary

U and P Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mortgage Performance & Development Manager to lead onboarding and development of Mortgage Advisors within our Financial Services division. You will deliver engaging onboarding programmes and coach existing advisors to improve performance and customer outcomes.

This brand-new role operates within the Training & Competency framework, collaborating with Area Mortgage Managers and Compliance to drive performance.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent required.
• Experience coaching, learning and development, onboarding, or performance management in Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Training & Competency framework.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire with a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive onboarding and induction programmes for new Mortgage Advisors.
• Coach and develop existing advisors to improve performance and protection penetration.
• Conduct observations, KPI reviews and CPD support in line with the T&C framework.
• Support branch integration and help embed new recruits into the business.
• Share best practice and identify opportunities to improve sales performance and customer outcomes.
• Produce performance insight, reporting and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with Area Mortgage Managers, the Financial Services Director, Training Manager and Compliance teams.
