Job summary

Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd seeks a Mortgage Performance and Development Manager to strengthen advisor capability across multiple branches in the Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire region. The role focuses on onboarding, coaching and embedding high standards within a structured T&C framework.

You will partner with regional leadership to coach Mortgage Advisors, drive productivity, and elevate performance, while ensuring robust onboarding and consistent process improvements.

Qualifications

• CEMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience in coaching, onboarding or performance management.
• Strong relationship‑building skills.
• Confident working within a T&C framework.
• Highly organised, resilient and able to thrive under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and induction training for new Mortgage Advisors
• Coach and develop existing advisors to improve performance, productivity, and protection penetration
• Conduct observations, KPI reviews, development reviews and CPD support
• Support branch integration and help embed new starters
• Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes
• Provide insight, reporting and recommendations to support performance decisions
• Collaborate with regional managers, compliance teams and training leads
