Job summary

Stellar Select Ltd is seeking a Performance & Development Manager to support Mortgage Advisors across Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey. The role emphasizes onboarding, coaching and developing advisors to build successful careers and improve performance.

You will deliver a robust T&C approach, ensuring high standards as the team grows, and work with Area Mortgage Managers and the Training Manager to drive continuous improvement. 5 days a week, office-based with travel.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification and a full driving licence are required.
• Experience in coaching, onboarding or performance management, preferably in Financial Services.
• Able to work within a training and compliance framework.
• Strong relationship-building and performance-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and induction support for new Mortgage Advisors.
• Coach and develop existing advisers to improve performance, productivity and protection penetration.
• Conduct observations, KPI reviews, development reviews and CPD support within the T&C framework.
• Support branch integration and help embed new recruits.
• Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
• Provide insight, reporting and recommendations to support performance decisions.
• Collaborate with Area Mortgage Managers, the Financial Services Director, Training Manager and Home in One Compliance.
