Responsibilities

• Develop and champion a clear, compelling creative vision aligned with performance marketing goals.
• Guard brand integrity across Public Nectar and client outputs, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Drive innovation by leveraging trends and AI to enhance offerings and efficiency.
• Lead hands-on creative work with key clients, setting standards for excellence.
• Mentor and develop a multi-disciplinary team, set goals, and manage performance reviews.
• Oversee workflow, prioritization, and resourcing for timely delivery of projects.
• Lead new business pitches and upsell opportunities with senior client relationships.
• Track campaign performance and report KPIs to leadership and clients.
