Qualifications

• 5+ years of creative leadership experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing creative teams (10+ people).
• Strong senior-level client relationship management and new business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion a clear creative vision aligned with performance objectives.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary creative team across design, copy, strategy.
