This senior leadership role involves shaping creative strategy, managing executive relationships, and delivering measurable growth for D2C clients in a fast-growing agency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of creative leadership experience within a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing creative teams (10+ people).
• Strong experience in client relationship management at senior level.
• Ability to translate creative vision into measurable business results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion a clear creative vision aligned with performance marketing.
