Job summary

Public Nectar is seeking a Head of Performance Creative to lead our creative and growth-focused team. You will blend artistic excellence with data-driven strategy to deliver performance-driven campaigns for D2C clients, shaping creative direction across the agency and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team.

In this senior leadership role, you will manage key client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and establish scalable creative processes.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing setting.
• Proven ability to build, scale and lead high-performing creative teams (10+ people).
• Track record of developing strategies that drive measurable business results and client growth.
• Strong client relationships at senior level, including new business development and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion a clear, compelling creative vision aligned with performance objectives.
• Act as brand guardian ensuring output is high quality and on-message across clients.
• Drive innovation by leveraging trends and AI to enhance offerings and efficiency.
• Personally manage key accounts and set the standard for creative excellence.
• Lead, mentor and develop a multi-disciplinary creative team across projects.
• Oversee workflow, prioritization, and resourcing to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead client relationships and contribute to new business pitches and growth.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to demonstrate value and optimize outcomes.
