Job summary

Public Nectar Ltd is seeking a Head of Performance Creative to lead a world-class team delivering performance-driven campaigns for D2C brands. You will blend artistic vision with data insights to drive client success and business growth, while managing senior relationships and a growing client roster.

You will shape creative strategy, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and oversee processes from concept to delivery, ensuring high standards and measurable impact across campaigns and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of creative leadership experience within a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
• Proven track record of building, managing, and scaling high-performing creative teams (10+ people).
• Experience developing creative strategies that drive measurable business results and client growth.
• Strong senior-level client relationship management, including new business development and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion a clear, compelling creative vision aligned with performance marketing goals.
• Act as brand guardian for Public Nectar and clients to ensure on-brand, high-quality outputs.
• Drive innovation by leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance creative offerings and efficiency.
• Hands-on early-stage client work to establish standards for creative excellence across the agency.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team; set goals and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee creative workflow, intake, prioritization, and resource allocation for timely delivery.
• Lead client leadership and business development, nurturing relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and report results to senior leadership and clients.
