Job summary

Recraft, Inc. is seeking a Performance Creative Designer to lead paid acquisition creative across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will own the testing pipeline from hypothesis to shipped ads and iterate based on results, shaping how the product speaks to audiences at scale.

You'll work with the Marketing, UA, Creative, and product teams in a fully remote setup, bringing your own ideas and experience to build the performance creative function from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating performance and paid-acquisition creative.
• A portfolio of ads that actually ran, with context on what won and why.
• Comfortable with both static and motion work using Figma/Photoshop and video tools.
• Strong understanding of ad anatomy — hooks, first seconds, text hierarchy, platform specs, policy limits.
• Hands-on experience using AI image or video tools in production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Produce paid ad creative for Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Own the creative testing pipeline end to end: hypothesis, ship, test, iterate.
• Translate performance data into next rounds of creative without briefs.
• Use Recraft Studio as primary production tool and feed learnings to the product team.
• Keep ad creative aligned with brandbook while adapting tone by placement.
