Job summary

Ignite are partnering with a fast-growing challenger drinks brand to recruit a Creative Strategist who will own Performance Creative Ads across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, in a founder-led environment with autonomy and influence.

You will drive paid social growth for a D2C brand, manage large budgets (£250k–£1m+ per month) and translate data into scalable creative strategies that fuel growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Creative Strategy, Direct Response or Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience scaling Meta Ads at scale; TikTok & YouTube a plus.
• Experience managing significant Paid Media budgets (£250k–£1m+ per month).
• Proven track record growing D2C or e-commerce brands via paid social.
• Strong commercial sense, highly analytical, data-driven growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own Performance Creative Ads across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Develop and optimise creative strategies, tests and iterations.
• Collaborate with media buying and creative teams to scale campaigns.
• Translate data into actionable insights to drive growth for a D2C brand.
