Advantage HQ is hiring a Creative Strategist in the United Kingdom to manage the full video production and iteration process—from concept and scriptwriting to live testing on TikTok, Meta, YouTube and Google Ads.

You will blend storytelling with data-driven insights, write scripts and copy, collaborate with production teams, and translate creative strategy into high‑performance campaigns for a portfolio of brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in paid social or DR roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to persuade.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create performance ads that drive client revenue growth.
