ScaleX Talent Solutions is seeking a Creative Lead to bridge performance marketing and creative strategy for Meta advertising. The role involves owning the creative strategy, translating campaign data into winning ideas, and coordinating with designers, agencies and content creators to bring concepts to life.

You will be shaping hooks, messaging and personas, using performance insights to decide what to test next, and presenting strategies to the team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience across paid social, Meta advertising, performance marketing or creative strategy.
• Must combine creative thinking with commercial data.
• Comfortable using Meta performance data to influence decisions and translate into briefs for others.
• Experience in eCommerce or consumer/DTC brands is advantageous.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and challenging thinking when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy behind Meta advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance to understand what works and why.
• Develop new hooks, messaging, personas and creative concepts.
• Use performance insights to decide what to test next.
• Brief and direct in-house designers, agencies and UGC creators.
• Manage multiple campaigns and keep creative production on track.
• Plan creatives around sales periods and seasonal campaigns.
• Support creative direction of email campaigns.
• Present ideas and strategy confidently to the wider team.
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager and marketing team.
