Job summary

Creditspring is seeking a Senior Performance Creative Designer to drive acquisition and commercial impact across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You will partner with Growth, Product, Brand and Compliance to create data-driven creative that performs in a fast-moving environment.

This hands-on role requires expertise in paid social, YouTube, direct response and experimentation, while balancing FCA-regulated messaging with engaging storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience creating high-performing paid social and YouTube creative across formats.
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing, creative testing, and conversion optimisation.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industry preferred.
• A portfolio showing measurable commercial impact, not just visuals.
• Experience using AI tools to scale production.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performing Meta, TikTok & YouTube creative across formats.
• Produce static, video, carousel, and UGC-style assets.
• Design creative to maximise engagement, conversion, and efficiency.
• Lead with a direct-response mindset and develop testing plans.
