Bluecrest Wellness is hiring a Senior HR Advisor in Worthing, West Sussex. The role is hybrid (up to 3 days in the office), full-time and permanent, with a £40,000 annual salary plus a £3,000 performance bonus and company benefits.

You will provide expert employee relations support, guide line managers, manage sickness absence, and lead HR projects. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is required, with strong knowledge of UK employment law.

Formación

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor/generalist role
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law and modern HR practices
• Experience handling complex employee relations casework
• Ability to coach and develop line managers on ER issues

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert employee relations advice ensuring fair, lawful outcomes
• Respond to HR queries with practical, timely guidance
• Lead consultations on changes to terms and conditions
• Support sickness absence management and return-to-work processes
• Coach and develop junior HR colleagues and ensure quality of casework
• Act as senior escalation point for complex/high-risk cases
• Lead HR projects and support organisational change
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with inspections/audits
