Mediq UK is seeking an HR & Resourcing Advisor to support Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Transport teams across the colleague lifecycle. You’ll attract and onboard talent, support managers, develop colleagues and drive retention to build a high-performing workforce.

You’ll bring CIPD Level 5 qualification and HR advisory/recruitment experience, with strong stakeholder management, and enjoy a competitive benefits package including 25 days holiday and pension.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards).
• HR advisory and recruitment experience.
• Strong employee relations knowledge.
• Experience supporting operational, logistics, warehouse or manufacturing teams.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, organised and people-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders on recruitment for operational, warehouse and transport roles.
• Support managers with employee relations, absence and performance matters.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new starters.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
• Support apprenticeships and career progression through talent development.
