Qualificações

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
• HR Advisor experience, ideally in a warehouse/logistics/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
• A passion for building relationships and challenging working practices while delivering a professional HR service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a full HR advisory service and guidance on a range of employee issues within a defined business area.
• Manage employee relations cases including professional advice, meetings, and documentation while ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Act as a trusted partner on recruitment requirements including setting up advertisements, sifting CVs, interviewing candidates, coaching managers, and issuing offers of employment in line with terms and conditions.
• Manage HR administration for the defined business area including sickness absence monitoring, payroll input, and new starter/leaver processes.
• Report monthly trends, actions, and issues and suggest solutions to the business.
• Work with the HR Business Partner on various projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
