• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards.
• Previous HR advisory and recruitment experience.
• Strong employee relations knowledge.
• Experience supporting operational, logistics, warehouse or manufacturing teams.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organised and people-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with stakeholders on recruitment for operational, warehouse and transport roles.
• Supporting managers with employee relations, absence and performance matters.
• Helping colleagues build the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
• Coordinating onboarding and induction programmes for new starters.
• Driving engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
• Supporting apprenticeships, early careers and internal progression initiatives.
• Using people data and insight to identify trends and improve outcomes.
