Job summary

BPHA is seeking a Senior People Partner to lead the People Partnering team and shape how we support colleagues and leaders across the business. This hybrid role based near Bedford involves partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into people strategies that drive performance and risk management.

You will oversee a team of Partners, develop capability, and ensure a high-quality service that adds value while enabling a culture where people can perform at their best.
